So you're wondering, "How do I get plugged in?" First of all, we would like for you to visit LifePoint at least a few times to determine whether you feel God is leading you to become a member. Secondly, please read our Ministry Values using the link on the left. Then simply complete the online arts ministry interest form below. This will help us get to know you better and give us a good sense of your experience before we discuss together the possibility of you serving in the arts ministry. Lastly, for prospective musicians and singers, in addition to completing the online form, we will then get with you to schedule an audition. After that, we will sit down together to discuss whether we are a fit for one another.
