Baby Dedication

If you have officially joined our church body and would like your child to be included in the May 31st baby dedication service, please fill out the form below. If you have not made an official commitment to our church body, please consider doing that first through our Join the Family page. The deadline to register for the baby dedication service is May 24th. We will send complete instructions to the email address you provide the week prior to the dedication service so that you will know exactly what to expect for this special day.
