Without a doubt, one of the greatest proofs of the Bible’s claims of Divine inspiration is the fulfillment of hundreds of prophecies with absolute pinpoint accuracy, each of which can be verified by secular history. More than 300 prophecies were fulfilled by Jesus alone, including events He could not have controlled, like the exact time, place, and circumstances of His own birth! The chances of just eight of those prophecies being fulfilled in one person has been calculated to be 1 in 10 to the 17th power. Thats 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000. And Jesus fulfilled more than 300 such prophecies!

Delayed But Not Forgotten

The Tragedy of Willful Blindness

Mercy for the Accused

If we measure our goodness against the sins of others, it’s easy to pass judgment. But if we measure ourselves against the holiness of God, we’re not the judges we imagined ourselves to be. We’re the accused! When a sinful woman was brought to Jesus, He refused to condemn her, because her sentence would be paid in full on the cross. Since we’ve all been shown that same mercy, shouldn’t we be just as quick to extend it to others? Only the one without sin has the right to throw stones, and none of us qualify.

The Thirst Only Jesus Can Satisfy

When we’re physically thirsty, we know that a cool glass of water will quench that need. Faith Beyond the Mountaintop
