In these names, we see ourselves—flawed, faltering, yet invited into a family where we are forgiven and made whole through faith in Him. That means your failures, your shame, your past don’t disqualify you. They make you the kind of person He came for. The genealogy of Jesus reminds us that grace doesn’t find good people to reward; it finds broken people to restore. And if He could use those people, He can surely use you!

The God Who Never Forgets His Promises

Think about this—God has never broken a single promise, not once. He proved it when He gave a son to Zechariah and Elizabeth, even though they were far too old. If God always keeps His promises—and He does—then why do we so often live as if we’re not sure? Every single promise He has made to you as a believer is absolutely certain. So what would change in your life if you lived each day with unshakable confidence in His faithfulness? Would you worry less? Risk more? Step out in bold obedience? The truth is, when you fully trust that God will do what He says, it changes everything. The question is—do you actually believe it?

True faith means saying, like Mary, “I am the servant of the Lord, may it be to me according to your word,” and then stepping into the unknown, confident that His ways are always good.

Our Ultimate Victory in Christ

Obeying God Despite the Consequences

God can do immeasurably more than you can imagine even through the smallest act of obedience, so remain faithful and leave the results to Him.
