What do you see when you look in the mirror? Be honest. The truth is, most people–even Christians–don’t like what they see. They are haunted by past failures or present weaknesses, and often see themselves as useless in God’s eyes. Moses had such a low view of himself that he almost missed God’s greatest mission for his life, because when we fail to see ourselves as God sees us, we will fail to fulfill the purpose for which we were created. Don’t let a wrong view of yourself cause you to miss God’s mission for you!

A God Worth Worshiping

Did you know it is possible to worship God and have all the right elements in place, to do and say all the right things, but to actually be worshiping Him in vain? The Bible tells of times when God’s people were going through the motions of worship, but their hearts were far from Him, and it describes how much this broke God’s heart and angered Him. He is Able!

We don’t serve a God who is “somewhat” able to do certain things. We don’t serve a God who is good at some things, but not so good at other things. Ephesians 3:20 tells us that God is able to do “exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think.” Whatever mountains you may be facing in your life, God has the power to move them.
