Everyone has an opinion about Jesus. Some dismiss Him as a myth. Others see Him as nothing more than a great teacher, a humanitarian, or a revolutionary. Still others place Him alongside figures like Gandhi, Confucius, or Socrates. But Jesus asks a far more personal question: “Who do you say that I am?” It is the most important question you will ever answer, because your response shapes not only how you live today, but where you will spend eternity. The Bible tells us that those who trust in God are “blessed”. However, trusting in God during uncertain times can be difficult. Jeremiah 17 reminds us that God has provided us with everything we need to trust in Him and when we stay connected to Him during challenging times, God uses us to impact the lives of those around us and to ultimately bring Him glory.
